01.05.13  Angling Trust RiverFest 2013 - All Systems Go For New National River Competition A brand new competition, which will carry the biggest ever individual river competition first prize of £10,000, plus more big main list and section cash prizes in the final gets underway in July.

17.04.13  Angling Trust representative appointed to the Broads Authority Environment Secretary Owen Patterson, has appointed two new members to the Broads Authority, the organisation which provides the national voice and has strategic responsibility for conservation, recreation, navigation, planning and access in the Broads.

12.04.13  Gove Urged to Save Environmental Education from the Chop The Angling Trust has expressed its concern about proposals by the Education Secretary Michael Gove to remove requirements to teach pupils about the need for conservation of the environment.
