AT & BW Stillwater Championship qualifier match report Clattercote 4th August 2012

There was a very low turnout for this match, just twenty eight anglers, and the fishing was very hard with carp reluctant to feed throughout the lake.

The winner on peg 92 with a very creditable 61 lb was Stephen Oppenshaw (Lingmere Fishery) who fished a floating spod feeder with pellet on the hook for eight carp.

A few pegs away on peg 85 Dave Perry (Luton) switched between pellet waggler fishing and the straight lead to land four carp and a few bream for 45lb.

Third place went to Nev Bailey (Norton Canes) fishing peg 98 with four carp for 28lb fishing the pellet waggler.
