Virtual Fisheries Forum | Developing Funding Opportunities for Clubs & Fisheries
In this Virtual Fisheries Forum, we explore some of the proactive steps that angling organisations can take to access funding.
Many clubs and fisheries will already be familiar with the Angling Improvement Fund (AIF), Fisheries Improvement Programme (FIP) or Get Fishing Fund (GFF), through which the Environment Agency reinvests fishing licence income. While these provide a fantastic opportunity when open for applications, there are many additional streams which angling organisations can potentially apply to; ultimately providing maximum benefit at a grassroots level.
Over the course of this Virtual Forum, we’ll discuss how to develop your organisation’s approach, with the aim of giving you the best possible chance of securing funding for your projects.
This session is free to attend and open to all, and we encourage you notify any fishing friends or colleagues who may find the event useful.
