Q: How can I claim a joining gift?
A: Membership joining offers are available to new adult and senior citizen members. To be eligible to claim a joining offer you must pay your membership subscription by direct debit or recurring card payment. Eligible members select a joining gift during the sign-up process and details of how to claim their offer will be sent with the membership pack.
Q: Where can I find insurance documentation?
A: The schedule of insurance, together with policy documents relevant to your membership type can be found in the member insurance section of the members’ only area on our website. Log in to the members’ area to access insurance documents.
Q: We require additional insurance for our Club or Fishery (e.g. for property such as a clubhouse, boats etc.) – can you help?
A: Our insurance broker, Howden, will be pleased to discuss your additional insurance requirements and provide you with a competitive quote. Please call Howden on 0121 698 8000 or visit our insurance centre.
Q: I’m interested in a coaching course – can you help?
A: Please call our Coaching Administrator on 0115 822 4538 for information about coaching courses, or visit the coaching pages on our website.
Q: Is there a concessionary rate for disabled members?
A: The Angling Trust does not offer a concessionary subscription for disabled members. Instead we encourage angling clubs and commercial fisheries to make available access and facilities for disabled anglers and we seek to support projects designed to improve inclusive angling opportunities.
Q: My club/fishery is seeking funding for a project to improve our waters/facilities – can you help?
A: At the present time the Angling Trust administers funding provided by the Environment Agency specifically for predation control projects. Please contact Mark Wilton our Angling Improvement Fund and Club Support Manager on mark.w[email protected] Mark may also be able to advise about other funding opportunities from the EA.

Q: We have a problem with cormorant/goosander predation – can you help?

Q: How do we change the contact details for our club/fishery/other membership?
A: You can update your membership and contact data by logging in via the members’ area of our website and accessing the membership record. Alternatively you can email us at [email protected] and we can update the records for you.
