Following a period of postponements caused by the Covid-19 lockdown, our Chief Executive Jamie Cook explains the decisions behind the revised Coarse Fishing Competitions schedule for the remainder of 2020.

 

The ‘Kings of the Sea’ have returned to the shores of the UK in numbers, but anglers aren’t legally allowed to fish for them. The Angling Trust has joined forces with Bluefin Tuna UK to put that right: we’re campaigning for a live-release recreational bluefin tuna fishery in UK waters.

Youngsters from Polish Catholic schools in the East of England learn all about fishing legally in a fun environment as part of the Angling Trust’s Building Bridges and Nenescape projects.
