This girl Can: Three Generations Get Fishing…
After seeing our connection with This Girl Can‘s new Fit Got Real campaign, Fishing Family ‘The Ellams’ got in touch to be part of the news about women and girls who go fishing, and the improvements this can bring to their lives…
Lynne Ellams, her daughter Victoria and granddaughters Nevaeh, 5, and Holly, 3, recently enjoyed a holiday to Anglers Paradise, Devon. This was a great chance to all get away together and take part in an activity which enables thousands of women to get out and active each year, spending time together regardless of age or ability.
Being outdoors with friends and family, and having a focus with which to pass time enjoying ourselves is a proven way to benefit health and wellbeing. Angling is a great pastime that will allow you to relax and take in nature all around you, both above and below the water’s edge.
