Get Fishing Gatherings are here to take you and your family on the next step of your angling adventure…
If you’ve already been to a Get Fishing event, you are invited back to come and meet other like-minded anglers, reel in a new skill and take your fishing to the next level completely FREE OF CHARGE at this summer’s celebrations of all things angling the all-new Get Fishing Gatherings!
Organised by the Angling Trust and supported by the Environment Agency, places are limited and available to previous Get Fishing Event participants, so don’t miss out pre-book a place.
Hosted at quality assured venues, our experienced Get Fishing Volunteers will be on hand with expert instruction to develop your existing fishing experience so you can become a better angler as well as creating some wonderful summer memories. Activities will vary from event to event, but we can guarantee a fun, friendly day for everyone with a basic understanding of fishing. We’ll provide a free one-day fishing licence from the Environment Agency. If you prefer to bring your own fishing kit, that’s fine too!
NOTE: These are small, exclusively invite-only events for people who have already been to Get Fishing events.
