ENGLAND U20 TEAM SEEK NEW MANAGER

The Angling Trust is seeking an experienced, motivated person to manage the England Under 20 squad in 2023 and beyond.
The successful candidate will share Angling Trust’s goal to make England the number one nation in the world and uphold the tradition of nurturing talented young anglers and supporting their progression to senior level.
You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the team activities including planning and delivery of trials and selecting and leading the team to compete in the annual FIPSed World Championships.
They will work closely with the management of England’s U15 and U25 teams to ensure a seamless and coordinated pathway through the talent system.
The ideal candidate will possess experience of international angling as manager, coach, or angler, managing relationships with young people and adults, hold coaching qualifications or be committed to attaining qualifications following appointment.
