Information for coaches wanting to reactivate a lapsed licence
Please contact Licensing Administration so that we can establish whether we still have access to any records for you. If your licence expired some time ago we will have deleted identifiable personal data including your photograph, so we would need to process your application in the same way as a completely new one.
Items of information that would be helpful in setting up a new Coach membership of Angling Trust are your name, date of birth, and the approximate year when you were awarded your qualification.

Requirements for a Level 1 licence:
► Undertake an appropriate Enhanced DBS check, which we will arrange for you;
► Provide a photocopy or digital image of your 1st4sport Level 1 qualification certificate if we can’t access a previous record;
► Provide a photograph for your ID card if we no longer have one on file, or if you wish to supply a different one;
► Arrange payment of the £35 annual licence fee by one of the available methods.

► Undertake an appropriate Enhanced DBS check, which we will arrange for you;

► Provide evidence of UK Coaching Safeguarding & Protecting Children training undertaken no more than 2 years previously [Click here] for details;

► Arrange payment of the £35 annual licence fee by one of the available methods.
