Virtual Fisheries Forum | A Day in the Life of a Fisheries Officer
Following up on the recent Lines On The Water Blogs released on the subject, we speak again to Environment Agency Fisheries Officer Ben Norrington about the multitude of duties for which fisheries teams are responsible, and how they go about their daily operation!
Over the course of this session, Ben will give an overview of his duties and activities; highlighting the different ways in which Fisheries Officers can support clubs, fisheries and anglers.
This session is free to attend and open to all, and we encourage you notify any fishing friends or colleagues who may be interested. All input is valued, and we welcome attendance from anyone interested in the services that Environment Agency Fisheries Officers can provide.
Thursday 8th December 2022
Start time: 7:00pm
End time: 8:30pm (approx)

Virtual Fisheries Forums follow a simple format, with talks from our guest speakers, before an open Q&A session, where your questions and comments will be discussed. Using the Q&A function on Zoom, you will be able to raise questions at any time. We are also happy to take questions in advance of the meeting.
If you are interested but unable to attend the Forum, please register as normal to receive an email alert once our Virtual Fisheries Forum Resources Centre has been updated with a recording of the session.
