Access for Your Angling

Canal and River Trust Permit and Riverboat Licence for Anglers - SAVE £46!
Are you a coarse or game angler? We've negotiated a Canal and River Trust offer which includes the Riverboat License but we know that as an angler that's not enough and you want more great places to fish too, so we've also included the all important Waterways Wanderer permit to give you access to fishing along 300+ miles of canal network in England and Wales that are not controlled by clubs. The Canal and River Trust is the new name for British Waterways
This is an optional bolt on package to your standard Angling Trust membership and can be ordered separately once your membership has been confirmed.
We appreciate that sea anglers may not need this and so have included it as an optional extra.
We will also be developing a greater level of understanding and agreement with bank anglers. This will allow for better appreciation of freshwater kayak angling, create opportunities for clubs and kayak anglers alike, helping to foster mutual appreciation and avoid any unnecessary misunderstandings.
The Canal and River Trust Permit and Riverboat Licence combined price is just £14 - this represents a huge £46 saving over the normal price!
The Canal and River Trust Permit and Riverboat Licence - Where Can I Fish?Until 2nd July 2012 British Waterways was the public corporation that cared for the network of canals and rivers in England, Scotland and Wales. The new charity entrusted with the care of 2,200 miles of waterways in England and Wales is called Canal & River Trust. More information on the Waterway Wanderers scheme is on their website HERE.
