Get Back Into Angling – Mission accomplished!
Our Partnership Development Manager James Roche writes…
Ken Eaton wrote to tell me about a Get Back Into Angling event organised by myself and Mike Smith at Lake View Fishery.
Ken said: “It was a really lovely day and Mike was brilliant. He gave me lots of information on tackle and demonstrated different ways to attach hooks and floats as this is the type of fishing I like to do.
I’ll definitely be returning to many wonderful days on lakes, rivers and canals. I had a wonderful return to fishing and will be introducing my grandson to our exciting and rewarding sport.”
It’s feedback like this that prove to me how important it is to get families fishing together. Even after taking a break for a few years we can help you get back into angling… Find FREE Get Back Into Angling sessions HERE.

The “Get Fishing” campaign is run by the Angling Trust to increase the number of people being introduced to angling across the country. Anyone interested in going fishing can find angling events at Get Fishing near you. The events listed are for all participants regardless of gender, age, fitness or previous angling experience.
Angling Participation and the Get Fishing campaign is supported by Environment Agency fishing licence income and helps to introduce thousands of people to fishing each year.
